Celebrating 20 years of Passion Play Performances!
2011 marks Centennial Road’s 20th year of passion play performances! This year’s Passion Play featured the dramatic Easter musical entitled “One Voice”. Over 1,600 people came out to see the performance of the timeless story of Jesus’ death and resurrection that was told through the eyes of the biblical characters Nicodemus and Joseph of Arimathea. Countless hours were spent preparing for the three performances held on Friday, April 22nd and Saturday, April 23rd. Here are just a few photos of the countless volunteers that so willingly gave of their time and talents.

Centennial Road float takes 1st Place
Our float won the judges’ votes on Saturday and took first place in the Annual Santa Claus Parade in Brockville. Many thanks to all the creative and hard working volunteers who helped construct and decorate this year’s float which advertised Christmas Lane. The float wouldn’t have been complete without “Lily” the donkey, shepherds, angels, and our Student Interns who played Mary and Joseph (along with their son Nicholas who played baby Jesus). We also had lots of our church family walking and handing out candy and invitations to Christmas Lane. Great job everyone!!
